A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Upon receipt of a muster notice, a person eligible for enlistment in active service shall comply with the convocation within three days from the call notice.

Nevertheless, on July 2, 2013, the Defendant did not respond to convening a call on the ground that he was a new church of D religious organizations by the date on which three days elapsed from the date of convening the call, even though he received a muster notice under the name of the director general of the regional military manpower office to enlist in the Army Training Center on August 12, 2013 from the Defendant’s office located in B of the North Korean Army,
