A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On August 19, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant collected the bricks on the way to be run by the victim D in Switzerland-si, Chuncheon-si, and loaded the glass in the above restaurant, and then intruded into the said restaurant, and stolen the cash receipts and disbursements of KRW 5,000, which were contained in the money receipt and disbursements of the said restaurant.

B. At around 01:00 on August 20, 2016, the Defendant laid the bricks on the road that was operated by the Victim G located in Chuncheon City F, and cut the door door glass door door door door, and intruded into the display stand, and cut off the door, and then cut off the total of 120 boxes of tobacco, such as leblus, Eflas, DNA flus, and dis, which were in the display stand, and KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won were in the cash receipt and disbursements, respectively.

C. On August 21, 2016, at around 00:08, the Defendant collected the bricks on the way to run in the cafeteria operated by the J of the Victim I located in Chuncheon-si, and destroyed the window installed in the main window of the above cafeteria, and then intruded into the cafeteria, thereby cutting down the cash amount of KRW 600,000,000,000 in the money receipt and disbursement machine of the cafeteria at the place.

On August 21, 2016, at around 21:43, the Defendant collected the bricks on the way to be used in the Ncafeteria operated by the Victim M in Chuncheon City, and destroyed the glass window by destroying it, and then intruded into the said cafeteria, resulting in a theft of KRW 6,00,000 in cash, which was entered in the money receipt and disbursement machine of the Kabter.

2. On August 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on August 25, 2016, the Defendant collected bricks on the way, which came into Qc cafeteria operated by the Victim P, Chuncheon-si; and (b) sealed the glass door in the main glass door of the said restaurant; (c) intruded into the said restaurant; and (d) did not carry the warning of the alarm device installed in the said restaurant, and did not go through an attempted attempt.

3. At night, the Defendant for theft of a structure: (a) on August 30, 2016;
