Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a car B in the mountain of 0.188% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%, at the port of port, up to approximately 1 km from the front of the GS25 door-gu, in front of the Central Down-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, in the same Eup/Myeon.
