1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 220,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1-1 and 2-1 to 4, and evidence Nos. 2-1 to 4, the plaintiff was awarded a contract with the defendant for construction cost of KRW 275 million (including value-added tax) from August 10, 2015 to August 31, 2015; the plaintiff completed the above construction; and the plaintiff completed additional construction work equivalent to KRW 45 million among the construction works; on the other hand, the plaintiff was paid a total of KRW 10 million from the defendant on August 26, 2015, and KRW 30 million from September 18, 2015.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 220 million (the additional construction cost of KRW 275 million, the additional construction cost of KRW 45 million - the construction cost of KRW 100 million) and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as requested by the plaintiff from October 15, 2016 to the date of full payment after the completion of the above construction work.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
