A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle in the DNA No. D.

On June 2, 2017, the Defendant paid a traffic accident, as described in paragraph 2, around 10:15, and driven the above vehicle and escaped as it is while driving the vehicle, thereby driving the shooting distance in front of the spring Hasan-si member's Goke-dong located in the Hasan-si. The Defendant driven the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the NAF-si to the high hospital room.

The defendant shall stop under the influence of alcohol with 0.186% alcohol concentration in blood as stated in paragraph 1.
