A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act at the Jeju District Court on August 25, 2019 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 25, 2019.
