The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. From June 28, 2017, the Defendant concluded a check contract in the name of B Bank C branch office and Defendant Company D, which was operated by B Bank C branch office and Defendant, and traded a check of the number of shares per party.

On April 7, 2018, the Defendant issued one check number E in the Ftel G, the check number “E,” the check amount “30,000,000,000,” and the date of issuance “No. 12, 2018,” and thereafter, the Defendant issued one check number per B Bank under the name of B Bank D, which is the date of issuance of the check number “No. 12, 2018,” and the check number holder presented a payment proposal to the Bank on October 12, 2018, which is within the period of payment proposal, but did not receive a shortage of deposit.

On April 20, 2018, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number per B Bank under the name of the Ftel G, the check number “H,” the check amount “25,000,000,000,” and the issue date “B Bank’s number per share on November 20, 2018,” and thereafter, the check holder offered payment to the said bank on November 20, 2018, which is within the payment deadline period, but did not receive any shortage of deposit.

3. On July 30, 2018, the Defendant issued a check number I in the Ftel G, No. I, check number I, check amount “50,000,000,000,” and issuance date “No. 30, 2018,” one copy of the check number per B Bank under the name of B Bank D, which is the Ftel G as indicated in paragraph (1). After that, the check number I issued a copy of the check number per books to the B Bank, “No. 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

From June 28, 2017, the Defendant entered into a check contract in the name of B Bank C branch and the Defendant Company D, which was operated by B Bank C branch and the Defendant, and entered into a check contract in the number of shares.

On May 5, 2018, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number “J”, “30,000,000 won”, and the date of issuance “B Bank number per unit of B Bank” in the name of “Ftel G”, “Ftel G at Nam-si, Namyang-si, and issued one copy of the check number per unit of B Bank on December 5, 2018. After that, the check was presented to the Bank on December 5, 2018, the check holder was not paid a disposition of suspension of transaction.
