A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As the representative director of Daejeon Sung-gu D. 407, the Defendant was selected from around October 22, 2014 as one of the participating institutions in the development project cost of 4 billion won which is dedicated to the Information and Communications Technology Promotion Center affiliated with the Information and Communications Technology Promotion Center for the future of the Republic of Korea. The Defendant prepared an agreement with the above Information and Communications Technology Promotion Center and the supervising institution for the development of the Broadcasting Technology Development Project for the above 20-day period from around December 8, 2014 to the 20-day new bank account under the name of 120,00,000,000 won for the above 20-day period from around 20-6 days to the 15-day period from the 20-day new account under the name of 5-day research and development expenses for the above 10-day research project and the 15-day new research fund for the above 20-day research project and the 15-day new research fund development expenses.
