A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Slaughter and treatment of livestock slaughtered and treated, and processing and storage of livestock products in an unpermitted place of work shall be done at a place of work, permitted by the Mayor/Do governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report the sales of livestock products from January 3, 2012 to March 12, 2013, and sold 13,000 to 14,000 to 14,000 to 14,000 won an average of 13,00,000 won per mari, on an average of 15,000 won per mari, for the following reasons: (a) the chill meat, which was slaughtered and disposed of as referred to in paragraph (1), and the crank meat, such as E companies, which were in the former field, and supplied by the distribution company of livestock products, such as those located in the former field, in the former field, and the cream, which were slaughtered and disposed of as referred to in paragraph (1).
