The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in this case is that "the defendant assaulted the victim by taking the hand from the house of the victim D (Inn, 58 years of age) located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu B lending C on September 1, 2018, at around 02:00, at the time of the victim's her loss once."

Since the victim submitted a written agreement on October 8, 2018, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
