【Criminal Facts】

Around May 24, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send a computer to a home if he deposits 70% of the sales amount to a new bank (K) account in the name of the Defendant on the same day,” and that the Defendant received KRW 260,000 from the victim to the new bank account (K) account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, from that date until July 3, 2016, by falsely obtaining KRW 21 times in total as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, by falsely linking the victims with a middle and high-class trading display machine, despite the lack of intent or capacity to sell the computer.”

Around July 16, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “the 2016 Highest 3077” means that “the 350,000 won is sent to the Defendant’s new bank account (K) in the name of the Defendant,” and that “the 250,000 won is sent to the Defendant’s new bank account (K) around the same month,” and that “the 250,000 won is transferred to the Defendant’s new bank account (K) around the 27th of the same month.”
