All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendants, as indicated in the facts charged, did not have committed an indecent act by force or committed an assault against the victim G or H by putting the victim G’s panty and panty.

Nevertheless, the court below found otherwise guilty and erred by mistake.

B. Each sentence of the lower court’s unfair sentencing (one year of suspended sentence in April of imprisonment, 40 hours of community service order, and 40 hours of lecture for sexual assault treatment) against the Defendants is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The following circumstances acknowledged by the lower court’s duly admitted and investigated evidence, namely, ① the victim G has made a specific and consistent statement on the situation at the time of indecent act and assault in the investigative agency and the lower court court’s trial; ② the victim H also stated in the investigative agency and the court of the lower court that the Defendants made an indecent act and assault against the victim G in the presence of witness in the investigation agency and the court of the lower court; ② the victim H also stated the circumstances in which the Defendants committed an indecent act and assault against the victim; and the Defendant A made an assault against the victim, which are consistent with the victim G’s statement; ③ the victim’s statement is consistent with the victim’s statement; ③ the victim’s video (Evidence No. 18 and 19 of the evidence record) and the result of the lower court’s examination (the victim’s 67th day of the trial record; the victim’s skacker, which was worn by the victim G at the time of the instant case, appears to have been a bit of the rubber material with a new part).

Therefore, the judgment of the court below is justified, and the defendants' above assertion is without merit.

B. The most favorable circumstance is that the Defendants did not have any history of punishment for a sex offense.

However, the Defendants made their mistakes.
