A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to take a lecture for sexual assault treatment for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 2010, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion of minors under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the victim D (in the case of the victim’s mother at that time, the victim’s mother-child sits in kneee and knee and knee, and knee, knee and knee the victim’s mother-child kne and knee the victim’s mother-child kne, and committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13.

2. Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim under 13 years of age, and put the victim in the process of the rape.

3. Around August 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by inserting his/her fingers from 10:0 to 11:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by inserting his/her fingers into the inside the inside of the victim D, who was charged on the part of the bed, and inserting his/her fingers into the part of the victim D.

4. Around 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by inserting his/her hand at the above inn of the said victim D, who was enjoying in the beds, and by holding the victim’s sexual organ through his/her fingers, and committing an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13.

5. Around November 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor rape under the age of 13) reported that the said victim D was accompanied by G, where he/she was living together with G, and, at around November 2012, said G, had the victim go out of the insular part and left the insular part of the said G, left the part of the victim, and she was placed on the part of the besular part of the victim, and she was raped once.
