Ⅰ. The Defendant in the facts charged is a person who was cut down below the left buckbucks due to high blood pressure and post-urinary legacy, and suffered from cardiopulmonary bucks, hemopic heart diseases, brain fluorial diseases, and blood fluorial dementia on August 25, 2014, and has inheritance rights as a fluor of the victim H (n, 80 years old) who died due to the cardiopulmonary buck.
