피고인은 2016. 12. 4. 경 전기통신금융 사기( 보이스 피 싱) 범죄조직이 모집한 타인 명의의 접근 매체를 보관ㆍ전달하고 일당 20만 원씩을 받는 소위 ‘ 전달 책’ 역할을 할 것을 마음먹고, 이를 위하여 메신저 카카오 톡 및 위 챗 대화명 ‘C '를 사용하는 성명 불상의 상선의 지시에 따라 2017. 2. 21. 20:06 경 인천버스 터미널에서 버스 수화물로 도착한 D 명의의 국민은행 (E) 체크카드 1개를 수령하여 보관하다가 그 무렵 이를 보이스 피 싱 범죄조직에 전달한 것을 비롯하여, 그때부터 2017. 2. 27. 19:49 경까지 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 12회에 걸쳐 접근 매체 18개( 체크카드 17개, 통장 1개 )를 받아 보관하다가 그 중 17 개를 보이스 피 싱 범죄조직에 전달하였다.
