The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable in light of the following facts: (a) the Defendant was led to confession and reflect in the trial; (b) the Defendant suffers from urinology and suffers from urinology; and (c) the health status is not good; and (d) economic conditions are not good as a recipient of basic living security; and (b) the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. Taking into account the circumstances alleged by the Defendant, the crime of this case is committed against the victim B (hereinafter “victim”) on the part of others, and thus, the case was insulting. The Defendant did not agree with the victim up to the trial. The Defendant has been punished several times due to insult, intimidation, etc. in the past, and other circumstances, including the Defendant’s character, conduct and environment, the background and result of the crime of this case, the circumstances after the crime, etc., and the sentencing conditions as shown in the records and arguments, are considered as inappropriate. Thus, the Defendant’s above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
