Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants: (a) leased No. 612 of the E hotel in Suwon-si E hotel located in Suwon-si, and (b) had expressed a view to engaging in the business of “Flacing” in the name of “Flac” and arranging sexual traffic.

around 08:00 on August 20, 2012, the Defendants: (a) in a room in which the heading room of “Hmotour” located G at Suwon-si was unknown; (b) on the contact point of the above “Hmotoc book”, the Defendants: (c) had an employee I of the sexual traffic female employed by the Defendants 160,000 and engaged in sexual traffic.

In addition, the Defendants conspired, from the early April 2012 to August 20, 2012, and arranged commercial sex acts by employing employees of commercial sex acts in the above manner.

On August 20, 2012, Defendant A, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 21:40 on August 20, 2012, Defendant A operated the said Jcom on the front side of the E hotel located in the area D in the area of the right line in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul, on the road in front of the Gcomcom.
