Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On April 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and six months for the crime of bodily injury resulting from robbery in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 8, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant called the victim B at a place not known at around July 27, 2015, and changed to 14 times the sum of KRW 10,000,000,000 (14 times the number of monthly payments, 9,000,000,000, which is currently being paid as KRW 10,000,000,000,000, which is currently being paid at 10,000,000,000 won, total of KRW 3,40,000,000,000,000, and 10,000,000,0000,000 won, which is newly commenced.
Here, 730,000 won should be deducted, and the remaining 4,960,000 won should be deposited into the account known to him. It will be well paid monthly payment.

It will pay 10,00,000 won as monthly payment of the 10,000 foot.
