1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

On August 1, 2017, at around 13:30, the Defendant driven B-low-income vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 500 meters away from the road near the east-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front of the 295-ro 22 U.S. wide-area.
