A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2018, the Defendant sent a false message to the victim B (the victim, 17 years of age, and 17 years of age) under the name of "G by accessing the F Meet with the address D apartment, E, and F Meet" at the time of residence around 23:0 on April 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a false message “the winning in the Meet”; and (b) sent three photographs and images recorded on the condition that the victim would transfer the Meet; and (c) sent the Meet with three photographs and images on the condition that the victim would transfer the Meet, and (d) sent the Meet for three minutes of video call, the Defendant sent the Meet from the victim’s own photograph to the F Meet; and (d) displayed the Meet to the Metek and H Mek currency.

As a result, the Defendant promised to offer money and valuables to the victims who are children or juveniles, and caused them to be exposed to all or part of the body that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion to the victims who are children or juveniles, thereby buying sex of children or juveniles.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, committed an act of inducing the victim to feel sexual humiliation or aversion by threatening the victim as if he/she spreads the victim’s sexual pictures and videos, as described in paragraph (1).

On April 25, 2018, the Defendant demanded that the Defendant deposit money in the same place of residence on April 25, 2018, in the name of “G” and “on contact with the instant Messenger,” with the Defendant.

When the victim preventss conversations with “G”, the victim again connects the Messenger with the name of “I,” and then transmitted the Messenger without blocking the Messenger.
