On October 2, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.137 percent of alcohol during blood without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on October 2, 2015, and driving the above sealed vehicle with approximately KRW 0.7 km from the front side of the extreme apartment in the two dong-dong, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si to the front side of the two dynamics located in the same sex-dong.
