Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a golf car B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On April 21, 2017, around 21:40, the Defendant proceeded along four-lanes from the south side of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Seoul to the south side of the three-lane.
