Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative director of E Co., Ltd. in Kim Sea-si D, who employs 290 full-time workers and engages in rubber product manufacturing business, etc.
1. Any employer who violates the Minimum Wage Act shall provide workers with wages above the minimum wage provided for in the Minimum Wage Act;
Nevertheless, from March 2, 2015 to April 1, 2015, the Defendant paid 3,480 won per hour short of the minimum wage amount of 5,580 won per 2015 to workers F working in the workplace from March 2, 2015, and paid wages below the minimum wage amount.
2. Wages in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall be paid in full directly to workers in currency.
Nevertheless, on March 2015, the Defendant failed to pay the F 1,441,341 won in full due to the difference below the minimum wage out of wages.
