Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2018, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim D over the floor on the ground that the victim D was in the front of Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and (b) caused the injury of the victim in the direction, such as internal walls on the number of days of treatment, and the mouths of the lower wall.
