Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2016, at around 08:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle with a 2846 string from the Do in front of the 2846 Y to the front road of the convenience store at approximately 300 meters of blood alcohol content at approximately 0.070% of alcohol content.
