A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an entertainment tavern with the trade name of “E” on the second floor of the D building underground in Busan Metropolitan Government as an organized member living in a violent organization, which was engaged in activities based on the total fluoral dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
