1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C shall set out 1/2 shares in the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the Schedule and paragraph 2 of the same list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a member of a clan with DC 25 v. D's 25 descendants, which has been seeking the number of graves, the management of clan properties, and the friendship among clans.
B. On March 8, 1978, the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the Attached List No. 1 (hereinafter “the real estate of this case”) was completed on April 12, 198 with respect to the real estate of this case 2,168 F. F. Nov. 12, 197, 414 shares of G was divided into the real estate of this case from November 12, 1997.
(The shares based on the real estate before subdivision are 4,336 shares, respectively). On March 7, 2005, the ownership transfer registration under the name of I was completed on January 24, 2006 with respect to the shares of H as above.
Pursuant to the partition of co-owned property in 2013, the above real estate was co-owned by B and I. Of them, with respect to the shares in B, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant C on September 25, 2015 by the receipt of the registration office of the Daegu District Court on September 25, 2015 as the receipt of the registration office of the Daegu District Court on September 24, 2015.
C. The real estate in the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “instant two real estate”) was land cadastred due to the fire of the Myeon office. The registration of transfer under the name of J was completed on May 1, 1954 by K, who was a son of the Plaintiff, for correction.
After that, on April 30, 1984, on the grounds of sale on May 8, 1973, Defendant B, an son, completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Development of Agricultural and Fishing Villages. On September 25, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in Defendant C’s name on the grounds of donation No. 230104, Sept. 24, 2015.

The real estate listed in the list No. 3 (hereinafter “instant three real estate”) was assessed in the name of L in around 1917, and completed registration of initial ownership in M under the Act on Special Measures for the Development of M on May 30, 197 and March 24, 197 and March 1985.
