Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the second female toilets column of the Seocho-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoul, with a view to meeting his/her own sexual desire around 23:30 on January 28, 2015, and stolen the victim D (the age of 24 years) who reported balle in the side partitions.

2. When the Defendant, at the above time and place, steals the toilets, as seen above, committed indecent acts by compulsion by force against the victim E (the 21 year old age), who was seated in the stairs, with the victim’s bucks and rhumbbbbbbs, and the Defendant forced the victim to do so.
