1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the Defendant B jointly and severally filed against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 3,732,696 and the amount pertaining thereto.

Article 2 (Unit Price for Future Preparation;

1. The unit price for the first life in the end shall be supplied to “B” at the unit price supplied to “A”, and the supplied amount shall be offset against the amount of the disturbance.

Article 7 (Standards for Supply of Feed)

1. “B” shall only use the feed supplied by “A”.

3.The amount of all feed supplied by “A” to the farm of “B” shall be offset against the amount of the blank space that “A” shall pay to “B”.

4.A The value of feed supplied to “B” shall be 400 won/km.

Article 11 (Payment of Expenses for Disturbing Public Waters)

1. The unit price for purchase of eggs shall be the original/perch;

The unit cost of feed: 400 won/km.

3. C. The Plaintiff agreed that the Defendant A succeeds to the amount of KRW 255,252,00,00 paid to C with the so-called “scopic expenses”, such as the purchase price, feed, medicine expenses, entertainment expenses, and training expenses, by raising C’s ccopic as the chickens’s chickens, pursuant to the instant contract.

From October 201 to August 31, 2012, the Plaintiff paid Defendant A totaling KRW 106,662,300 to Defendant A, including living expenses, farm facility repair expenses, etc. according to the instant contract.

The transactional relationship under the instant contract was terminated on August 31, 2012.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s principal claim contract was terminated, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 255,252,00, advance payment of KRW 106,662,30, and the amount of feed (including the amount of feed additives) to be received from the Defendant A was 385,529,50, and the Defendant.
