1. The Defendant’s KRW 851,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 31, 2019 to April 12, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Partial dismissal: The Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment.
