A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2014, the Defendant called the Defendant’s house located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, that “Around September 1, 2014, the Defendant called “a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, so bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

Accordingly, the Defendant reached the victim with a view to meeting the sexual desire, which causes sexual humiliation or aversion through the communication media.

2. On March 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on March 20, 2015, at the home of the victim F (n, 44 years of age) in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) on the part of the victim’s husband, the Defendant was able to repair the victim’s horse, with the mind of committing an indecent act against the victim; and (c) on the part of the victim’s husband, the victim’s husband was able to repair the horse, and the victim’s husband was able to use the victim’s chest with his head.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

3. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on May 8, 2015, in the ancient field located in Kimcheon-si G; (b) around 2015, the Defendant: (c) around 13:0, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim F was working to cover a vinyl by creating two banks; and (d) attempted to commit an indecent act against the victim; (b) the victim’s husband was located far away; and (c) the victim’s chest was used by the victim’s mother as his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

4. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant, at around 09:0 on July 13, 2015, committed indecent act by compulsion, the Defendant, at the home of the victim F, the victim F, who was in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si around 09:0, went to a joint wholesale market with the victim’s husband, leading the victim’s home to commit an indecent act against the victim, at the victim’s home, and the victim’s husband, who was using the gap between the victim’s husband and the other party’s house in the warehouse, brought the victim’s chest, who was able to use the gap between the victim’s husband and the other party’s house, in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

5. Around July 19, 2015, the Defendant’s obscenity and indecent act by compulsion is around 11:00 on July 19, 2015.
