A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On February 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the oil station in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., (b) around 01:22, the Defendant: (b) opened a back door of the office using the passwords known to him while working at the above oil station in the past; and (c) intrudes into the above oil station; (d) held cash and merchandise coupons equivalent to KRW 530,00,000,000 in the market price, including the money receiver and the money receiver; and (e) KRW 330,000,000,000,000 won in cash.

On June 12, 2018, the Defendant opened an accelerator to keep the cryp of the accelerator installed within the NN in the operation of the victim M located in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, as the victim.
