A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on the alleyway, a nearby an elementary school located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the first time, the Defendant: (b) on the alleyway, C and D met with C and D, and (c) on the alleyway, C and D display a paper 50,000 won (AB0001C) issued by the Bank of Korea, which copied the back and back of the Bank of Korea; and (c) the Defendant offered money by mutual agreement; and (d) the Defendant and C forged a paper 6 paper by cutting down the paper and fright prepared in advance from D and attaching the copy thereof.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged money of the Republic of Korea in collusion with C for the purpose of exercising the money.
2. Around December 17, 2016, the Defendant purchased “F” market located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, a tobacco of KRW 11,900 equivalent to the market price, KRW 2A, and KRW 2,000, and issued 50,000, forged one sheet of KRW 50,000, as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, to G (n, 73 years of age) that he/she may know of the fact, and issued 50,000,000, which was forged on four occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, exercised a forged call.
3. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased “F” market located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, “F” 11,90 won in the market, tobacco 2A in the market value of KRW 11,900 in the market, and Defendant’s attempted fraud and attempted fraud, at around 17:10 on the same day, he received a delivery of KRW 38,100 in Scam money from the victim G (n, 73 years of age) who is aware of the fact that he/she purchased the forged goods at the price of KRW 50,00 in the market, 11,90 in the market, 200 in the market, and 200 in the price of the goods, and by deceiving the victims of the goods by using the forged goods at KRW 50,000 in the price as described in the above paragraph 1.
