A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B (V, 28 years old) and female between the victim C (V, 55 years old) and the husband and wife.

1. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victims, such as the victim B, who was his/her wife, due to a mobile phone dispute with the victim B, which had been purchased by the Defendant in the subparagraph of the D Building E of the Gu building during his/her residence; (b) committed assault against the victims, such as the victim C, who was on the right side of the victim C, by taking away his/her arms and trees from his/her arms and legs, etc. with his/her drinking and her fingers; and (c) who was fright by drinking his/her wife, who was the Defendant’s wife, was fright back to the right side of the victim C, who was the Defendant’s wife.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, uses excessive (10cm in blades) that is a dangerous object on a ward table (10cm in blades) in his/her hand while assaulting the Victim C at the same time and place as above, to kill and kill the victims.

The victims were threatened by carrying dangerous articles, such as referred to therein.
