1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant
A with the trade name of “M” in the Daegu Northern-gu L, Daegu-gu L, Defendant C operated a self-employed factory, Defendant D operated a franchising company with the trade name of “O” in the Daegu-gu N, Daegu-gu, and the name of “O” in the P market instead of Daegu-gu, Defendant D also operated the clothing retail store in the P market; Defendant E sold the goods in the trade name of “S” in the P market; Defendant C sold the goods store in the name of “S” in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and Defendant A operated the goods retail store in the P market with the trade name of “T” in the P market; Defendant H operated the self-employed company with the trade name of “V” in the Daegu-gu, Suwon-gu, and Defendant B served as an employee in “W” in the P market.

On April 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request for the number of forged trademarks from D, each business operator; (b) received 44 points from D; (c) received the same shape trademark as the trademark of “code sports” registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office and received 58,800 won, using self-denunciations, etc.; and (d) received, until May 20, 2015, he/she received request from D, etc. for the self-denunciation of counterfeit trademarks, such as the 11,79 items of clothing, which were registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 079096); (d) received a request for the storage of counterfeit trademarks from 11,79 items of clothing; and (e) received 000,000 won, 205,0000 won, 250,000 won, 250,000 won, 205,005,000 won.
2. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the foregoing “O” factory that was registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office from B, the Defendant attached the trademark of the “copic sports” registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office by forging it.
