Of the facts charged in the instant case, the lower court reversed the judgment of the first instance court that found the Defendant guilty on the part concerning the repair obstruction and the obstruction of business on November 9, 2018, on the grounds that there was no proof of crime.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower judgment did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

The Prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, but did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of appeal or the appellate brief as to the remainder.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
