Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported on September 23, 2015, 112 that there was a person being drunkd in the stairs of the second floor in Busan-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, the second patrol team of the Busan-gu Police Station D District Police Station D, the Busan-gu, where he was under the influence of alcohol; (b) was pushed down with the ebbbbbbbbial, and was tightly fluent once, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports.
