1. The Defendant’s KRW 13,500,000 as well as annual 6% from January 26, 2013 to July 15, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1.The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in combination with the statements set forth in sub-paragraph 1 to 14, Nos. 1 to 12, No. 14-1 to 3, and witness B and testimony set forth in sub-paragraph C.
Plaintiff
The first trade name was “Atha T&T” but changed to “Athacom” on April 30, 2013. The “D” program was developed and operated in POS for information, such as domain new guidance, discount, and events at the affiliated stores located in the area where customers enjoy and gather, and it was necessary to develop a solution that can be realized in B of the said program.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff received a written estimate from the Defendant C director operating the “E” on March 2012, and entered into a development agreement with the Defendant on April 9, 2012 (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and concluded a development agreement with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant agreement”). On the other hand, the Plaintiff agreed to set up a design screen necessary for the production of a separate D protocol site, and the main contents of the instant agreement are as follows.

The term "website" refers to the multimedia documents prepared for www (Word Worldides) services among the Internet services. D.
The term "development" means the development of web-sites, such as the careing, consortiumb meetings, development consultation, and the development of the Stooth.
