The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car B.

On November 18, 2017, around 09:56, the Defendant violated the signal by driving the said vehicle on the front side of the cryp road located in the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and driving the said vehicle in the direction of the Geum-gu, Geum-gu, Pung-dong, the Defendant, even though the vehicle signal in front of the crosswalk in front of the crosswalk at the above location is a stop signal.
