1. The defendant shall register office of Suwon District Court with respect to the share of 1/4 of each real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership preservation (1) was completed on June 9, 1924 with respect to each of the lands listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table Nos. 1 (hereinafter “each of the lands of this case”) based on the land survey projects implemented during the Japanese occupation occupation period, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the future.

(2) Around that time, C died without a successor, and around June 24, 1924, D, E, F, and G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one fourth share of each land of this case.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant share”) 1/4 of each registered in the future of the above G. B.

Plaintiff

In addition, the defendant's registration process (1) died on June 10, 194, and accordingly H inherited G as the family heir on the same day.

(2) On June 30, 1983, H died, and H’s co-inheritors, including the Plaintiff, held that the instant shares, the ownership transfer registration of which was completed in G on the same day, were solely owned by the Plaintiff, and agreed on the division of inherited property.

(3) On September 3, 1994, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer from G on the ground of the inheritance mentioned in Paragraph (1) above and the agreement on the division of inherited property mentioned in Paragraph (2) above.

(4) On January 23, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a gift contract under which the Plaintiff donated the instant shares to the Defendant.

(5) On February 13, 2013, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer from the Plaintiff on the ground that the instant share was the cause of the instant donation.

(2) On April 7, 1995, Nonparty I, J, K, and L (hereinafter “the registration of this case”) completed the registration of ownership transfer from the above D, E, and F with respect to the three-fifths of each land of this case on April 7, 1995.

C. The Defendant filed a lawsuit claiming partition of co-owned property against the Nonparty (2013dada42309) at the Suwon District Court level, and the said lawsuit was filed against the Nonparty.
