A is the representative director of the defendant B, who is in Gangnam-si G and the second floor, and the defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of collecting earth and sand.

A. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant could not engage in a land-use activity not directly related to agricultural production or farmland improvement in a farmland-related agricultural promotion zone, the Defendant leased a 1,527m2 in Gangseo-gu, Gangnam-gu, the Agricultural Promotion Zone, and a 1,577m2 in a 1,57m2 on January 24, 201, and laid down aggregate from September 201 to December 15, 201, from September 201 to December 3, 2015, 2,50m2 in a 3,104m2 in a 3,104m2, and carried out crushing and monitoring.
