1. C A person who entered “F hotel” in January 2005 to December 31, 2014 and served as the chairperson of the F hotel labor union from January 1, 2015 to the general secretary of the F hotel labor union and was dismissed on April 19, 2016.

B A is a person who entered the “F hotel” on April 9, 2002 and works as the chairperson of the F hotel labor union from January 1, 2017.

[Attachment] From January 3, 2015, F hotel Labor Union set up a preliminary injunction against interference with F hotel labor union, Defendant C, A, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 3, 2015, in the situation where there is a conflict with the “F hotel” side, such as an assembly, taking advantage of a kicket, which includes the aid program, such as “the suspension of old pressure”, the F hotel Labor Union set up an application for temporary injunction against interference with F hotel labor union, Defendant C, and others.

On May 29, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court accepted an application for a provisional disposition prohibiting interference on the side of a "F hotel" on the ground that the act of the F hotel old on May 29, 2015, referring to the act of interfering with the business of the "F hotel" as well as undermining the reputation or credit of the "F hotel" and is not a legitimate exercise of the right to the "F hotel labor" but an illegal act that is not recognized socially reasonable, and prohibits the F hotel old from posting the above speets, etc. in the vicinity of the "F hotel" site.
