Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and B, as a person in a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, were willing to recover the debt from the victim C who lent the money and urge the victim to pay the debt within the repayment period.
