A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) and the Road Traffic Act, drives a vehicle with QM3 automobiles frequently or frequently.

On November 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.125% among blood transfusions, and continued to drive the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.125%, using two-lane roads in the latter part of the E located in the northwest-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Samsung SDI room, using the following two-lanes of the said road.

In this accident, the victim B and the victim F (victim B driver's cab) suffered all injuries, such as dump ties and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, together with the victim B driver's vehicle, the victim H (the remaining, the third year) suffered from the injury, such as the impairment of the head obscure part requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim F driver's car was 806,178 won of the repair cost.

On November 6, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.125% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on November 2016, 2016, and driving a C QM3 motor vehicle in the direction of approximately 150 meters in front of the E-mail located in the same Gu (U.S.) on the north-gu I front of the west-gu, YM3 motor vehicle in the direction of the same Gu.
