If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:51 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the Samsung Industrial Complex located in the Songbuk-gu, Gangwon-gun, Seowon-gun, Taewon-gun, without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 2 km section from the vehicle driving license to the bus terminal located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
