A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 8638"

1. On September 2018, the Defendant: (a) acquired one resident registration certificate, KEB one Card, Kakao Bank, and one transportation card from the Kakao Bank, which was owned by the Defendant in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) possessed the idea to use it as it is without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the principal.

2. On December 4, 2018, around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said parking lot to steals another’s goods at the entrance of the parking lot for the first floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) used the victim E, who was parked therein, did not lock the door of the said vehicle; (c) opened a door of the said vehicle; and (d) moved out one Kaone Star, the market price of which is equivalent to 2,000 won owned by the victim.

3. Larceny;

A. On December 4, 2018, at around 01:46, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the said vehicle and 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim owned by the said vehicle; (b) opened a ridge between the two parties and opened a ridge and opened a ridge of the victim’s ownership and opened a ridge of 57,800 won in the market price owned by the said parties; and (c) opened a ridge of the two parties and opened a ridge of 57,800 won in 39,80 won in 10,980 won in the market price.

B. On December 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 and around 23:00; (b) in the street near Gangnam-gu Seoul; (c) opened a door of the above vehicle; and (d) opened a resident registration certificate owned by the injured party, one of the resident registration certificates owned by the injured party, one of the 50,000 won of the reported price of the injured party, and one of the verification reflectors in the amount of KRW 50,000 of the reported price of the cash receipt card.

C. On December 2018, the Defendant was parked in the old world near Gangnam-gu Seoul and around 22:00 on December 22, 2018.
