1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 98,906,189 and KRW 66,712,464 from December 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including additional numbers) and the overall purport of the pleadings, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages as shown in the attached Form.

The Defendant asserts to the effect that “B made out a written installment financing agreement (No. 2-1 of the evidence A) by forcing B to seal and seal the documents of the loan, and thus the said written agreement is null and void.” However, in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings, the authenticity of the said written installment financing agreement is recognized and the written statement No. 1 of the evidence No. 2 and No. 4 (including the paper number) is null and void. Therefore, the Defendant’s above assertion is without merit.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
