1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 878,678,227 as well as KRW 542,002,627 as well as its annual interest from January 9, 2006 to February 13, 2006.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On May 9, 2007, the Plaintiff was sentenced to the Ulsan District Court Decision 2006Gahap1813, that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 878,678,227 won and 542,02,627 won among them, 18% per annum from January 9, 2006 to February 13, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the full payment date.” The above judgment was finalized on June 13, 2007.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on June 1, 2017 for the interruption of extinctive prescription, following the lapse of the extinctive prescription period of the claim based on the said final judgment.
