1. Of the distribution schedule prepared by the said court on August 30, 2016 with respect to the real estate auction case B by the Gwangju District Court Netcheon-gu District Court.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 7, 2012, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 387,000,000 to C as a general loan on the instant land and building. On the same day, the Plaintiff concluded a contract to establish a collateral security agreement with the maximum maximum debt amount and KRW 480,000,000 with respect to the scope of the secured debt and the maximum debt amount set forth in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).

(C) On November 7, 2012, No. 38734 (hereinafter “instant 1-mortgage”) received on November 7, 2012 from the Gwangju District Court’s Mayang Branch Office (hereinafter “instant 1-mortgage”).

(2) The building of this case (hereinafter referred to as the "building of this case") was registered and additionally entered into a contract to establish an additional contract on March 18, 2013.

(2) On March 18, 2013, the Gwangju District Court’s Mayangyang Branch, 2013, concluded a mortgage contract with a maximum amount of KRW 155 million on the same day, and concluded a mortgage contract with a maximum amount of KRW 186 million on March 19, 2013 (hereinafter “instant additional mortgage”). On November 12, 2012, the Plaintiff, upon receiving an application for membership of a credit card from C Co., Ltd., issued a non-party 10 million card. 3) The Plaintiff extended a loan to C Co., Ltd. as a general loan. on March 18, 2013. The Plaintiff concluded a mortgage contract with a maximum amount of KRW 10,500,000,000,000 in total amount of the secured debt, which is KRW 186,000,000,000,000 in total amount of the credit debt, and on the instant land and building, the Gwangju District Court’s Mayangyang Branch.

(B) Defendant A, the Republic of Korea, the National Health Insurance Corporation’s claims, and the Plaintiff’s voluntary auction application 1) Defendant A received on May 7, 2013 a decision of provisional attachment for Gwangju District Court 200 won as to the instant land and buildings at KRW 102,035,00 on May 7, 2013 (No. 2013Gahap204).

8. The provisional attachment registration was completed.

2) Defendant Republic of Korea is the person entitled to the payment of national taxes (value-added tax) and Defendant National Health Insurance Corporation is the person entitled to the payment of the amount in arrears on the fourth insurance premium. 3) The Plaintiff is the person entitled to the payment of the amount in arrears on October 15, 2015.
