1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,060,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 6, 2019 to the date of full payment.

(However, the judgment of confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3)) rendered on February 2, 200, the Defendants only submitted a written objection to the payment order without stating the original copy of the payment order and without stating any substantial grounds for disputing the Plaintiff’s claim, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written response, and thus, all of the Plaintiff’s allegations are deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
